Dr Wanaguru is committed to protecting patient information and handling your personal information in a responsible manner. 


Information collected is so we can provide patient care and also run the practice. This information may include your name, address and other contact details, date of birth, gender, health information including relevant family history and banking card details. We request that you let us know if any of the information we hold about you is incorrect or out of date.

Aside from information provided by our patients and families, we may also need to collect information from other sources such as treating specialists, radiologists, pathologists and other hospitals.

We collect information from multiple sources, such as over the phone or in writing, in person or over the Internet. We may be required by law to retain medical records for certain periods of time depending on the patient’s age at the time we provide services.


We will treat your personal information as strictly private and confidential. We will only use or disclose it for purposes directly related to your child’s care and treatment.
